Standard app editor is a tool to customize Standard app.
You can edit the menu structure, app content, and various settings of the Standard app.

(Important)

  • Standard app editor requires the use of a compatible system version of OPH-5000i.
  • Standard app editor OPH-5000i compatible system version
    19.0 19.0 or higher
    20.0 20.0 or higher
    21.0 21.0 or higher
    22.0 22.0 or higher
  • You can update the OPH-5000i's system from System update in the Standard app editor.

Standard app editor features

Standard app editor can do the following.
  • Edit main menu
  • You can edit the title and menu.

  • Addition of menu (task)
  • You can select and add pre-prepared menus (tasks).


  • Edit work
  • You can customize your operations by adding barcodes and information to collect.


  • Communication interface settings
  • Communication interface can be easily set using the GUI.


  • Bluetooth settings
  •  Easy to pair when first installed.


  • Wireless LAN/FTP settings
  • .


  • Barcode settings
  • You can select the barcode to read and specify UniversalConfig settings.


  • Submit settings
  • Created app configurations and settings can be sent via USB.


  • System update
  • You can update the OPH-5000i system.



    Install

    Install Standard app editor using the following steps.

    1. If the USB driver is not installed, follow the steps on the next page to install it.

    2. (Planned) Download the Standard app editor from the website.
    3. Unzip the downloaded zip file to get the following file.
      SetupSTDEditor.msi
      setup.exe
    4. Open the setup.exe file to launch the installer.
    5. Please install according to the guidance. You can leave all the setting items displayed during installation at their default values.
    6. When the installation is completed successfully, a shortcut with the name "OPH-5000i Standard app editor ##.#" will be registered in the Opticon folder of the start menu by default. (##.# is the system version name.)
